About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop episode outlines, scripts, and timelines for podcast episodes
  • Coordinate guest outreach, booking, and scheduling
  • Manage logistics for remote and/or in-studio recordings
  • Oversee recordings and ensure audio quality
  • Work with engineers to capture and organize raw audio/video
  • Review and edit rough cuts for clarity, pacing, and tone
  • Coordinate final mix, mastering, and quality control
  • Upload polished episodes to hosting platforms
  • Adapt audio episodes into video-ready formats for YouTube
  • Collaborate on visuals, metadata, chaptering, and thumbnails
  • Optimize titles and tags for discoverability and growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of podcast production experience
  • Familiarity with podcast hosting tools and YouTube publishing workflows
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Self-directed with a sharp attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of what makes a great story and how to deliver it across platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • Knowledge of podcast SEO, RSS feeds, and metadata best practices
