About the Role

The Customer Support Consultant role at Supportyourapp is a unique opportunity to join a leading SaaS company and work with cutting-edge technology. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via chats and emails. You will work in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer inquiries and building positive relationships with clients.

What You Will Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet team KPIs, consistently delivering high-quality support and meeting performance targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry, applying this knowledge to improve customer support
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client's products and services, staying informed about new developments and updates
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, collaborating to resolve customer issues
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer support processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

What We Are Looking For

  • Native Polish and English B2 communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto, with a strong understanding of the technology and its applications
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection, with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems, with the ability to use these systems to manage customer interactions and data
  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Certification in customer support or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry best practices
  • Experience working in a remote team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
