About the Role
As a Polish Translation & Localization Specialist at Blueprint, you will play a crucial role in helping the company navigate the complexities of the gaming industry. Your primary responsibility will be to translate written materials, including new releases, marketing materials, and customer-facing literature, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. You will work closely with the localization team, which is renowned for setting the bar high in the industry.The role requires a unique blend of linguistic expertise, cultural understanding, and technical skills. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, reprioritize your workflow as needed, and maintain excellent communication with your team members. Your input will be invaluable in helping the company deliver best-in-class services to its clients.

What You Will Do
- Translate written materials with utmost quality, including new releases, marketing materials, support knowledge base articles, and other customer-facing literature
- Collaborate with the localization team to ensure consistency and high standards in all translations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Maintain excellent communication with team members, including data science and product development teams
- Reprioritize workflow as needed to accommodate last-minute changes to source material
- Work closely with the gaming team to ensure accurate translation of content in a gaming context
- Utilize computer-assisted translation tools, such as Crowdin, MemoQ, Memsource, SDL Trados, or Wordfast
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the gaming industry and its trends
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and services
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in translation and localization
What We Are Looking For
- Native proficiency in Polish, both written and verbal
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Relevant prior gaming experience for accurately translating content in a gaming context
- Experience in professional translation/localization work, preferably in the gaming or technical industry
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Strong knowledge of different Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint)
- Ability to work in a team environment and adjust well to quick turnaround times
- Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree, with an emphasis on translation, localization, linguistics, or game design a plus

- Passion for PC or console gaming
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software development, or game design
- Familiarity with game distribution platforms
- Experience working with Adjust and Excel in a professional setting
