About the Role

WeVote is seeking a Political Data Intern to join its team. As a nonpartisan get-out-the-vote nonprofit startup, WeVote aims to provide a complete voting experience in just 8 minutes.

Responsibilities

  • Research and update political candidate information for several U.S. states
  • Track candidate declarations and ballot measures
  • Collect voter guides and endorsements from various organizations
  • Manage and input data into our open-source platforms
  • Spot-check political data nationwide and research reported issues
