What You Will Do

  • Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly
  • Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings held at our facilities
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, alerting management when reordering is necessary
  • Support minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any significant issues to the maintenance team
  • Engage with guests and staff positively, providing assistance when needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all
  • Use Excel to track and manage inventory and maintenance tasks

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in custodial or cleaning roles is an advantage, though not required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
