About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes

  • Navigate through varying weather conditions and traffic situations, using your judgment to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or concerns that need to be addressed

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on company procedures
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, protecting yourself and others from potential hazards

What We Are Looking For

  • A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including walking for long periods and lifting packages
  • Strong sense of community and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage your route effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
