About the Role
The Power Equipment Sales Operations Manager will serve as a critical link between commercial teams and internal stakeholders, driving the development and implementation of sales strategies, managing sales data, and optimizing business processes. This role is essential to the success of GE Vernova's power equipment division, as it will provide timely and accurate insights to inform commercial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the power industry, combined with expertise in sales operations, data analysis, and process improvement.As a key member of the sales operations team, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improvement. This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex data sets and develop actionable insights. The Sales Operations Manager will report to senior leadership and will be responsible for providing regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and process improvements.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include managing sales data, developing and implementing sales processes, and analyzing market trends to inform commercial strategies. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or a related field
- Proven expertise in data analysis, sales process development, and implementation
- Strong understanding of the power industry and its trends
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel, as well as other sales and data analysis tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements
- Experience with lean principles and process improvement methodologies
