About the Role
The Power Platform Technical Consultant position at TEKenable is a pivotal role that involves working on existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects to support configurations and customizations. This is a remote position based in Pakistan, offering the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a great work-life balance. As part of the managed services team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of service excellence through the dedicated managed services function. The role entails collaborating with other team members to analyze system functions, review functional and technical specifications, and ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained.The day-to-day responsibilities will include working on diverse projects across various industry sectors, providing a stimulating and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, and have excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to guide and manage existing support engineering personnel where needed.
What You Will Do
- Work on existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects to support configurations and customizations.
- Support, manage, and deliver ongoing platform application support with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Analyze system functions and review functional and technical specifications.
- Replicate incoming incidents on UAT/QA/Sandbox environments to allow for fix verifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices and a quality approach to customer software support.
- Complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications in the Power Platform.
- Write technical documentation.
- Engage in diverse projects across various industry sectors.
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry experience working in software support environments.
- Experience in a .NET programming language, preferably C#.
- Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including MS PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong customer engagement and delivery experience.
- Experience with Azure/Cloud concepts and ITIL Framework.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and communicate with users on all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Java script and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft 365.
- Certification in Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in mentoring junior support engineers.
