About the Role
The PPC Specialist position at Market My Market is a unique opportunity for a seasoned digital marketing professional to take the reins of paid media campaigns. Day-to-day, this role involves intricately managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion. Given the fast-paced nature of the digital advertising landscape, the successful candidate will be someone who can think on their feet, analyze data critically, and adjust strategies accordingly.The role is integral to Market My Market's marketing team, working closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals. This includes collaborating with the content team to ensure ad copy is compelling and on-brand, and with the analytics team to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
What You Will Do
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize ad targeting and improve campaign efficiency.
- Design and execute A/B testing to measure ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, identifying trends, and areas for optimization.
- Manage and allocate budget across campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in PPC and apply this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted ad campaigns that drive conversions.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of improving campaign efficiency and driving conversions through data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta platforms, including certification (Google Ads Certification preferred).
- Experience with campaign management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they intersect with PPC.
