About the Role

What You Will Do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to patients and families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
• Utilize measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and drive positive outcomes.
• Lead and collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive support for patients.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric anxiety and OCD care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of new programs and services, helping to expand InStride Health's reach and impact.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
• Current licensure or licensure-eligible in your state of residence.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies for anxiety and OCD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technology, including electronic health records systems.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote care delivery.

Nice to Have

• Certification in a specialized area of mental health (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, allowing you to support diverse patient populations.
