## What You Will Do - Identify and research potential clients in Thailand who are actively hiring or expanding their operations.

- Set up introductory calls and meetings between potential clients and Hyred's Business Development or Client Partner team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of current sales strategies and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
