About the Role
As a Senior Analyst at Nordic Global, you will be responsible for providing top-notch EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting services to the company's most complex clients. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications. You will work closely with Application Advisors and Senior Application Advisors to deliver exceptional support and guidance to clients.The role entails a mix of technical and soft skills, requiring you to be an effective communicator and problem-solver. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing multiple client assignments, exercising moderate judgment, and contributing to decisions that impact patient safety, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving services for EHR applications
- Fulfill system requests from clients, including issue analysis, requirement specifications, and system build and testing
- Perform analysis of workflows, system setup, and system audits
- Participate in system upgrades and testing
- Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight
- Exercise moderate judgment and contribute to decisions that impact client services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in relevant ticketing systems
- Follow proper change control policies for migrating application build and configurations
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Participate in communication and change-management of proposed changes
- Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on overall goals
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant education and/or 8+ years of industry experience
- Epic Certification in Prelude with a strong understanding of functionality within the application
- 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
- Strong technical and soft skills, including Excel proficiency
- Ability to demonstrate and explain complex system setup in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with EHR applications and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management tools and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems
