About the Role
The Premium Audit Coordinator role at Davies North America is a part-time, remote position that requires a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating premium audits, communicating with policyholders, and ensuring seamless interactions between internal stakeholders. As a Premium Audit Coordinator, you will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate the flow of work. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders, including policyholders, CPA's, bookkeepers, and agents.
What You Will Do
- Act as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to facilitate the flow of work
- Handle high call volumes, averaging 8-12 calls per hour during business hours
- Coordinate audit or inspection appointments with insureds and field representatives
- Assist with determining needs, scheduling or cancelling appointments, or referring the insured to the correct staff person
- Correspond with policyholders, CPA's, bookkeepers, agents to gather additional information as needed
- Communicate audit needs to the insured to help ensure information is prepared for the Phone Auditor
- Maintain and update contact notes on each assigned job in AuSum
- Make calls to check on the status of information, including insurance agent calls
- Handle all calls in a professional and welcoming manner
- Attach information and add progress notes as it becomes available in AuSum
- Assign audits to Phone Auditors once information is received

- Professional phone, chat, and email communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills, including experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Attention to detail, with the ability to listen to information from policyholders and clients alike
