The Presales Associate role at Pinnacle Group is a pivotal position that involves executing personalized outbound outreach to existing and prospective client contacts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with the team to maintain data consistency, documenting recurring outreach patterns, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of B2B sales workflows, preferably in staffing or professional services, and hands-on experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce being the preferred platform. The ability to draft high-context, personalized sales messages and map manual workflows into step-by-step logic is essential.
What You Will Do
- Execute personalized outbound outreach to existing and prospective client contacts on behalf of Client Partners.
- Use CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to send, track, and log all communications accurately.
- Apply standardized tags and notes to capture context and outreach outcomes.
- Coordinate with Client Partners to ensure messaging aligns with account history and intent.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency to support reporting and future automation.
- Document recurring outreach patterns and flag opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain momentum within tools like Salesforce, Pipeliner, and Revenoid.
- Submit successful 'Personalization Patterns' to the MCAE Lead for consideration in broader Marketing Cloud Account Engagement automated tracks.
- Deliver bi-weekly 'Friction Report' to the Tech Enablement/Product team, identifying manual tasks ready for automation.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of B2B sales workflows, preferably in staffing or professional services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce being preferred.
- Ability to draft high-context, 1-to-1 sales messages that adhere to the brand voice.
- Proven ability to map manual workflows into step-by-step logic that can be translated into Salesforce Flow requirements.
- Data integrity mindset, understanding the importance of accurate CRM entry.
- Operational content creation skills, with the ability to document workflows and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Exposure to sales enablement, sales operations, or RevOps.
