About the Role

Day-to-day, you will use graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality designs that meet technical specifications, creating visual elements such as icons and illustrations that align with brand guidelines. Your attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics will be essential in ensuring that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

What You Will Do

• Design and produce various types of graphics, ensuring consistency with brand and style guidelines
• Create visual elements such as icons and illustrations that align with brand guidelines
• Use graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality designs that meet technical specifications
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Collaborate with other team members to understand project requirements and objectives
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Designer / Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role in fintech or high-risk industries
• Confident level in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Fluent Russian and at least intermediate level of English
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with project management software and tools
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and coding languages such as HTML and CSS
• Experience working in a remote team environment
