Job Description

About the Role

The President of Cora Group, Inc. will be responsible for driving the company's strategy and growth, with a focus on expanding its market-leading position in the legal collections software space. This will involve working closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal tech industry, as well as experience driving growth and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

The company's flagship products, ARCS and Acumen, are designed to help law firms unify collections data, communications, and workflows to improve cash flow visibility and outcomes. As President, you will be responsible for leading the company's efforts to further develop and expand these products, as well as identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

The role will involve working remotely, with regular communication with the leadership team and other stakeholders. You will be expected to be highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and expansion of the company's market-leading position
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Lead the development and expansion of the company's flagship products, ARCS and Acumen
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and innovation, including potential acquisitions and partnerships
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the company, including the development of a prioritized AI roadmap
  • Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team, with a focus on developing the skills and capabilities needed to drive growth and innovation
  • Develop and manage the company's budget, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Ensure the company's operations are aligned with its strategic objectives, including the development of a comprehensive operating plan
  • Drive the company's efforts to expand its product offerings and capabilities, including the development of new products and services
