About the Role
The Prestige Sales - Global Trainer role at Helen of Troy is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in the beauty and wellness industry. As a Global Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of education programs that drive sales growth and support retail partners. You will be responsible for creating innovative educational strategies, facilitating technical education, and building strong relationships with key accounts.The role will require close collaboration with the Education teams to create a cohesive and streamlined experience for retailers. You will be instrumental in executing strategic initiatives and driving excellence in all aspects of your work. The position offers a hybrid approach, combining education focus with driving territory sales, and will require you to oversee your assigned territory, ensure the delivery of outstanding education, and exceed sales targets.
What You Will Do
- Create innovative educational strategies in partnership with the Director and Education Events Manager
- Implement education plans to grow the business amongst the full portfolio
- Support internal training and development needs
- Facilitate technical education in both live and virtual settings
- Responsible for facilitating training to sales consultants, store employees, and salons
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure aligned focus launches and promotions
- Promote and implement education programs including field education, activations, and events
- Develop and grow existing accounts as well as generate new business through excellent education in the field
- Participate in Corporate and store events/activations as directed
- Build and execute strategic growth plans with retail partners to drive incremental sales and strengthen long-term relationships
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events that elevate customer experience, drive traffic, and increase brand visibility while achieving set sales goals
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in sales training, education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles
- Ability to travel as required

- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
