What You Will Do
- Lead the development of UX design Strategies and solutions that meet business goals and user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet product requirements
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and develop user personas
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency across products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform design improvements
- Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design solutions are implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on leading design initiatives and teams
- Strong portfolio that showcases your UX design expertise and experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers
Nice to Have
- Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and principles
- Experience with design systems and standards
- Certification in UX design or a related field
- Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across time zones
