What You Will Do

  • Analyze growth and product questions to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to integrate data insights into decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain complex data models to analyze customer behavior and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct incrementality analysis to measure the impact of marketing campaigns
  • Design and execute A/B experiments to optimize product features and marketing strategies
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis
  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing analytics
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools
  • Proven track record of driving business decisions through data insights
  • Strong understanding of incrementality analysis, conversion funnel analysis, and A/B experimentation
  • Ability to work independently and structure investigations from question to analysis to recommendation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
