What You Will Do

  • Create design guidelines, standards, and best practices for the company

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in design, with a focus on design systems and digital product design
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in design systems, user-centered design, and visual design
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and clinical
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the digital health industry
