About the Role

As a Principal Enablement Program Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving transformational, multi-modal enablement programs that span global sales, customer success, partners, and technical audiences. Your primary focus will be on architecting and scaling enablement initiatives that directly impact revenue attainment, customer adoption, partner growth, and organizational productivity across all segments and geographies.You will be part of a rapidly expanding platform for Digital Operations Management, utilizing AI/ML and automation to grow adoption by Development, IT, Customer Service, Security, and other teams across the organization. Your exceptional cross-functional leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering world-class enablement that drives measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Partner, and Product leadership, aligning enablement strategy with business priorities and revenue objectives.
- Build and execute partner enablement frameworks that accelerate partner onboarding, competency development, and co-selling effectiveness at scale.
- Design, build, and scale enablement programs across sales, customer, partner, and technical audiences using diverse delivery methods.
- Own end-to-end program roadmaps, project plans, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain clear documentation, intake processes, and governance frameworks.
- Develop and manage comprehensive technical certification programs that validate competency, drive adoption, and differentiate our go-to-market motion.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance instructional design, personalize learning experiences, automate content creation, and improve program management efficiency.
- Define success metrics, build reporting frameworks, and continuously measure program effectiveness.
- Use analytics to optimize content, identify gaps, and demonstrate ROI.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in enablement program management, preferably in a technical or sales environment.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering multi-modal enablement programs that drive business impact.
- Expertise in technical certification, partner enablement, and customer education at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
- Experience with AI/ML and automation technologies.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling learning experiences.
