About the Role

The Principal Growth Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing innovative programs to acquire new customers and improve the overall experience. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual who can think beyond traditional campaigns to uncover new opportunities for growth. As part of a pod-like structure, you'll collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and digital media teams to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer psychology and be able to translate those insights into actionable strategies that move prospects through their buying funnel. You'll be working closely with various stakeholders to establish clear KPIs and reporting templates to track the success of programs against target objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic growth programs to generate qualified pipeline
  • Innovate and experiment to find new levers for growth
  • Use a data-driven approach to continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns for improved performance
  • Leverage tools like Adobe Analytics and Qlik to build hypotheses, validate tests, and scale what works
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting templates to track the success of programs against target objectives
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics like lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generated/qualified
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and digital media teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar role
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns that deliver pipeline growth
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales pipeline and revenue through effective marketing strategies
  • Experience operating in a cross-functional, pod-like team structure
  • Deep analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proven success in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
