Twilio is seeking a Principal Presales Engineer to serve as the premier technical authority for the company's ISV and HighTech verticals in NAMER.Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the Twilio platform, use cases, and buyer personas, staying current on CPaaS, contact center, and customer engagement industry trends
- Partner with sales and SE teams to consult on complex, multi-product opportunities, moving beyond high-level design into hands-on technical validation
- Create technical assets, prototypes, and playbooks that enable field teams to win in highly competitive sectors
