About the Role

Twilio is seeking a highly experienced Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager to join its team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the pricing strategy, analytics, and operational execution for Twilio's digital and product monetization initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating Twilio's business growth while simplifying the purchasing experience for customers. As a strategic leader, you will serve as a key bridge between various functions, including GTM Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure organizational alignment and flawless execution of new pricing initiatives.

The Principal Price Realization Strategy Manager will report directly to the Director of Price Realization Strategy and will be part of a vibrant team with diverse experiences making a global impact each day. What You Will Do

  • Shape and drive pricing strategy: Architect and execute price optimization models that accelerate business performance, blending price elasticity, competitive differentiation, and deep financial analysis into actionable monetization frameworks.
  • Lead PLG & self-service monetization: Partner directly with Growth Marketing, Self-service Sales, Console Engineering, and Finance teams to align on product-led growth (PLG) strategies, ensuring seamless pricing execution across digital touchpoints.
  • Analytics design: Own the design, optimization, and scaling of advanced pricing analytics dashboards (Tableau/Looker) and operational workflows, turning complex data infrastructure into strategic tools that enhance efficiency and maximize profitability.
  • Deliver deep-dive data insights: Query and analyze complex datasets across sales, customer behavior, product usage, and financials to uncover hidden revenue opportunities, pressure-test hypotheses, and scale high-impact strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as a critical bridge and internal champion across GTM Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure organizational alignment and flawless execution of new pricing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain executive-facing dashboards: Create and manage dashboards that provide key stakeholders with real-time insights into pricing performance and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor pricing strategies to inform Twilio's pricing approach.
  • Build and manage relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry developments: Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and webinars to stay current with the latest pricing strategies and technologies.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform pricing decisions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker, and the ability to design and optimize advanced analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business impact.
  • Experience with GTM strategy and product-led growth (PLG) principles.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
