About the Role
The Principal Product Lead MarTech AI is a pivotal position at Bounteous, aimed at driving the strategic and technical direction of the company's AI-powered MarTech suite. This role involves bridging the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI and enterprise-scale revenue impact, requiring a unique blend of technical, market, and leadership skills. As a visionary architect and chief evangelist, the Principal Product Lead will define the product roadmap, ensure its commercial success, and champion the adoption of AI-driven personalization among the world's most sophisticated marketing organizations.The day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the product meets the highest standards of innovation and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do
- Translate complex AI concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients.

- Lead a culture of experimentation, focusing on high-growth levers that drive ROI and enterprise retention.
- Promote and enforce key information security practices, including awareness, risk assessment, and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives and market trends.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a product leadership role, preferably in MarTech or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and its ecosystem.
