Job Description

About the Role

Gitlab is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the AI control plane end-to-end, giving organizations visibility, control, and confidence in AI adoption across the DevSecOps lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own GitLab's AI control plane, spanning governance and policy management, admin and access controls, subscription and entitlement management, usage analytics and reporting, audit and compliance
  • Report to the Vice President of Product for AI and partner with engineering, design, security, and stakeholders to define outcomes and ship iteratively

  • Experience in product management, particularly in AI control planes and guardrails
  • Ability to drive innovation and outcomes in a fast-paced environment
