Job Description

About the Role

Gitlab is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the product strategy and roadmap for its AI-First Continuous Delivery capabilities. This role will own the development of AI-native, enterprise-grade CD, including AI agent deployment governance, compliance controls, Kubernetes and container deployments, and platform experiences that make deployment trustworthy at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-First Continuous Delivery
  • Translate customer problems and market insights into clear product direction
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Product Design, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of modern delivery in the age of AI
  • Experience with AI agent deployment governance, compliance controls, Kubernetes and container deployments
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams
