About the Role
The Principal Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in Instructure's Center of Excellence, acting as a liaison between the sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role is critical in supporting the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term success. What You Will Do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align strategies and ensure a unified customer experience
- Provide training and support to internal teams on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improvement
