Principal Project Manager - (Contract Opportunity) - São Paulo

About the Role

The role is part of the Celonis Services organization, which focuses on the technical aspects of customer journeys, including Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support. As a thought leader with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, you will be responsible for delivering Celonis implementations and driving product adoption for customers.

What You Will Do

• Lead complex transformational customer programs, shaping and defining project outcomes and steering them towards success
• Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from kick-off to training, ensuring timely delivery and customer requirements
• Manage resources, schedule, scope, and budget on multiple projects, creating detailed project plans for efficient resource use
• Collaborate with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand customer goals and objectives
• Communicate project status, covering key discussion items, action items, risks, and issues
• Keep projects up-to-date in the Celonis Professional Services Automation System for accurate reporting
• Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues internally and externally to minimize impact on project success
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the implementation team, ensuring Celonis methodology is followed
• Contribute to the continual improvement of Celonis Services methods and field expertise
• Articulate Celonis' product positioning to customers, collaborating with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to establish the Services Value proposition
• Create statements of work with customers during the pre-sales phase

What We Are Looking For

• Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently
• Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue/action logs
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with senior executives and technical teams
• Experience with AI and Process Intelligence technologies, or similar
• Ability to manage complex projects, define project outcomes, and steer them towards success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Celonis technology or similar Process Mining tools
• Certification in Project Management, such as PMP or Agile
• Experience working with global teams, with a focus on remote collaboration and communication
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to articulate product value proposition
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
