Principal Project Manager (D365/ERP)

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of D365/ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that projects are fully integrated with existing systems.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Analyze project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
