About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the technical direction of our Enablement Team. This team manages a portfolio of short-term, rapidly evolving projects focused on improving the speed and quality of software development outcomes.Responsibilities
- Bring the latest software development processes and tools to teams seeking help
- Drive the adoption of AI assistance throughout the software development lifecycle
- Evolve software design and architectural patterns
- Automate and improve software development outcomes
Requirements
- Experience working on complex software implementations in large-scale hardware/software systems
- Ability to incorporate and teach cutting-edge tools and techniques
- Comfort working in Agile environments, including at scale
- Experience working with software development programs supporting national security customers in classified settings
