Principal UX/UI Product Designer

What You Will Do

• Lead design initiatives and build strong relationships with product and engineering stakeholders to advocate for design excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful user experiences, from ideation to implementation
• Partner with Product Managers, Content Designers, and Engineers to develop innovative solutions that meet user needs
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all products
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team
• Stay ahead of emerging design trends and technologies, such as AI-powered tools, to drive innovative solutions
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and develop user-centered design solutions
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to product and engineering leadership
• Explore the future of our products and push the boundaries of what's possible through vision projects

What We Are Looking For

• 12+ years of product design experience, with a focus on enterprise software solutions
• Proven track record of leadership and design excellence
• Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and design systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including creating high-quality components, auto-layout, and variables
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate designs with functional prototypes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design concepts to product and engineering leadership
• Strong portfolio showcasing extensive product design experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Excel and other design tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and developing design standards
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies
• Experience with user research and testing methods
• Certification in design or a related field
