About the Role

The Procore Implementation Consultant II role at Wipfli is a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for construction accounting and business process improvement to make a meaningful impact. As a key member of the implementation team, the successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop and deliver tailored solutions, leveraging their expertise in Procore and construction accounting to drive business growth and efficiency. Day-to-day, the Procore Implementation Consultant II will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including junior analysts and senior consultants, to ensure seamless project execution. They will also play a critical role in sales pursuits and solutioning, utilizing their knowledge of Procore and construction accounting to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.

What You Will Do

  • Design and deliver client-specific solutions using construction accounting expertise and knowledge of construction business processes
  • Collaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Assist in sales pursuits and solutioning as Procore and construction accounting consultant
  • Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics
  • Inform project team leaders of cost, quality, and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement
  • Monitor own time and budget on projects and communicate overages and availability in advance
  • Provide training and support to client teams on Procore functionalities
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
  • Support the sales process by being aware of sales opportunities for add-ons and escalating information when needed to determine scope of services to aid in solving client needs
  • Drive innovation through research and development of new market solutions

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of experience in accounting within the construction industry
  • Works toward obtaining additional appropriate certifications
  • Hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction management software
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software, preferably in an implementation capacity
  • Strong understanding of construction business processes and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Training, support, or consulting advisory experience
  • Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise
  • Expertise in Procore Financials and Power BI
  • Experience integrating Procore with CRM, ERP, or payroll systems
