## What You Will Do - Develop and manage strategic carrier relationships to meet business objectives - Negotiate and manage carrier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic plans - Manage day-to-day carrier operations, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed - Develop and maintain detailed records of carrier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics - Identify areas for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Provide training and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams

## What We Are Looking For - 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecom, data center, or cloud industry - Bachelor's degree in business administration, inventory management, finance, or a related field - Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with excellent time management skills - Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders - Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work with minimal direction - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically - Bilingual in English, with reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

## Nice to Have - Experience working with international carriers and managing global relationships - Knowledge of data center operations, including infrastructure and network management - Familiarity with cloud services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Certification in procurement, logistics, or a related field - Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
