## About the Role As a Procurement Product Activation Specialist at Ramp, you will play a pivotal role in helping companies transform their procurement processes. You will work closely with CFOs, finance operations teams, and other stakeholders to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product, ensuring a seamless transition from manual to automated buying processes. This role requires a unique blend of process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procure-to-pay workflows, having lived inside procure-to-pay at a company or platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. You will be responsible for owning procurement implementation for upper Mid-Market accounts, partnering with stakeholders to map existing workflows, and designing future-state processes on Ramp.

The Procurement Product Activation Specialist will be part of a dynamic team that values high agency and high urgency. You will be expected to work independently, make consequential decisions, and provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams.

## What You Will Do - Own procurement implementation for upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live - Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp - Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on implementation experiences - Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers when procurement configuration questions arise pre-close or during expansion - Redesign procurement processes for companies, requiring equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management - Work directly with customers to configure and launch Ramp's procurement product - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members

## What We Are Looking For - Real procurement depth, with experience in procure-to-pay at a company or platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua - Customer-facing confidence, with the ability to run structured discovery and manage calls with multiple decision-makers - Strong follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously - Moves fast independently, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new features and products - Sharp product instincts, with the ability to distinguish between user error, training gaps, and product limitations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

## Nice to Have - Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role - Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and their integration with procurement tools - Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill
