About the Role

The Procurement Specialist at Leadtech will play a key role in implementing defined procurement plans, managing supplier engagements, and ensuring cost-effective and compliant purchasing processes. This individual contributor role reports to the Procurement Lead and is an excellent opportunity for those with 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within technology-related categories. As part of a remote-first, international team, the successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes. The role is focused on the end-to-end procurement cycle for software, SaaS, and technology services, including managing RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, coordinating vendor evaluations, and supporting supplier selection. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running competitive sourcing processes, negotiating commercial terms, and working with contract structures, subscription-based models, and cost analysis frameworks.
