About the Role
The Producer, Breakout and Keynote, will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of keynotes and breakouts for Stripe's largest internal and external events. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative individual who can manage various aspects of the main stage experience.Responsibilities
- Partner with Communications, Product Marketing, and Events teams to define content components for each session, ensuring alignment with overall event objectives.
- Collaborate with Events and Design teams to assess staffing requirements and set realistic expectations within budget constraints.
- Ensure all teams remain aligned through proactive communication and adapt plans as necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact for speakers, ensuring they are well-prepared and briefed on expectations, technical requirements, and event logistics.
