About the Role
Reddit is seeking a Product Adoption Manager to lead a team of Product Adoption Strategists in the United States. The team will focus on scaling product adoption across Large Customer Sales and Mid-Market advertisers.Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and lead a team of Product Adoption Strategists
- Drive product acquisition, retention, and upsell efforts for Reddit
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to drive advertiser success
Requirements
- Proven experience in product adoption or a related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of problem solvers and strategists
