About the Role
The Product Analyst role at Evio is a critical component of the company's digital health team, responsible for developing and deploying innovative solutions to improve medication experiences and affordability for patients, providers, and health plan clients. As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful product delivery, adoption, and ongoing improvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing data, identifying opportunities for growth, and informing product decisions to drive business success.Evio's digital health team is dedicated to creating transformative solutions that address the complex needs of the healthcare industry. As a Product Analyst, you will be an integral part of this team, working to optimize product processes, monitor performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
The Product Analyst role reports to the Digital Health team lead and will collaborate with various stakeholders, including analytics, operations, technology, and client-facing teams. Your expertise in data analysis, product development, and collaboration will be essential in driving the success of Evio's digital health solutions.
What You Will Do
- Support product operations and enhancement by optimizing product processes and monitoring performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement enhancements that align with business goals, customer needs, and successful product adoption
- Use data, feedback, and product context to inform recommendations and decisions
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools
- Work with the product development team to design and implement new features and solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation of product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and engineers
- Identify and prioritize product bugs and work with the engineering team to resolve them
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with product development and launch, including Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in digital health and pharmacy solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Google Data Analytics or Tableau Certified Associate
