About the Role

As a Product Analyst at Talentin, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making for the company's key business units. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze product metrics, identify growth opportunities, and develop hypotheses to inform business strategies. With a strong focus on user experience and bold hypotheses, you will contribute to the development of Talentin's BI infrastructure and support the growth of the company's digital products.

The role entails day-to-day analysis of key product and payment funnel metrics, working with user segments, and identifying anomalies in KPIs. You will also generate hypotheses, uncover growth opportunities, and support the development of the company's BI system. As part of a mid-sized, dynamic team, you will have the autonomy to make data-driven decisions and contribute to business planning and modeling.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and analyze key product and payment funnel metrics
  • Work with user segments, including high-value customers
  • Identify anomalies in KPIs and find their root causes
  • Generate hypotheses and uncover growth opportunities
  • Support the development of the company's BI infrastructure
  • Contribute to business planning and modeling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, payments, marketing, and retention
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's analytics strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics
  • Proficient in SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • Solid foundation in statistics and probability
  • Strong data visualization skills, preferably with Tableau
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • English language skills, at least intermediate level
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of column-oriented storages, such as BigQuery or AWS Athena
  • Strong GA4 analysis skills
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and modeling
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Certification in data analytics or a related field
