About the Role
As a Product Analyst at Fundraise Up, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategy and inform the product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance. With a strong focus on innovation and customer-centricity, Fundraise Up is looking for a skilled analyst who can help drive business growth and improve the overall user experience.The Product Analyst role is a key part of the business team, responsible for analyzing customer metrics, identifying trends, and designing A/B tests to optimize performance. You will have the opportunity to work with a large and complex product ecosystem, including a modern checkout experience, customizable widgets, and donor, organization, and partner portals. What You Will Do
- Uncover critical insights by forming hypotheses and validating them with data
- Identify global and local trends in user behavior to inform product decisions
- Analyze and interpret customer metrics to measure impact and value
- Design and evaluate A/B tests with prospective customers to optimize performance
- Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and product development
- Participate in the development of the company's product roadmap and strategy
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst
- A strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
- Expertise in Python and its data analysis libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a minimum C1 level or higher
- A proactive, curious mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and tools, such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or in the fundraising sector
- Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as Google Data Analytics or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
