Job Description

About the Role

The Product Builder role at Otonomee is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive product decisions and build AI-native tools from the ground up. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the CEO, CTO, and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement AI capabilities that enhance business operations, frontline agent effectiveness, and client-facing solutions. With a strong emphasis on hands-on building, you will be responsible for moving from problem to working prototype using AI-native tools, collaborating with the engineering team to deliver deployable tools.

The role requires a deep understanding of the CX and BPO industry, as well as the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, external technology partners, and clients to ensure that product decisions are informed by operational reality.

What You Will Do

  • Define product decisions and build, buy, advise, and partner frameworks to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement AI-native tools using modern CX platforms
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver deployable tools and solutions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, external technology partners, and clients
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a practical understanding of modern CX platforms and their capabilities
  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to translate operational priorities into product requirements
  • Support the Professional Services function with product intelligence and guidance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CX and BPO industry and its trends
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning

What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-on product building experience with AI-native tools and technologies
  • Strong understanding of the CX and BPO industry and its trends
  • Experience working with modern CX platforms and their capabilities
