What You Will Do
- Design and implement effective life insurance strategies that align with clients' goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key external and internal clients
- Develop and coordinate efforts to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Communicate plans and strategies to those involved
- Build awareness and positioning of the company's life insurance products
- Utilize Adjust and Excel to drive business results and analyze data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated insurance solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the life insurance industry and its nuances
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in the life insurance industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services
- Experience with Adjust and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in a team environment and contributing to a collaborative culture
Nice to Have
- Experience working with RIAs, P&C and Employee Benefit professionals, CPA and Law Firms
- Knowledge of the insurance and risk management industry
