As a key member of the marketing team, the Product Content Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and Sales, to shape launch messaging, feature teardowns, and internal tutorials. The role requires a strong understanding of B2B SaaS environments and product-led growth strategies, as well as the ability to produce high-quality content in both English and German.

The company, Smarttel Plus Oü, is a renowned player in the tech industry, with a strong presence in Germany and a global reach. The marketing team is looking for a talented professional who can help drive the company's content strategy forward and contribute to its continued success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a content calendar that drives product-led growth, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and onboarding content.
  • Collaborate with the Product and UX teams to shape launch messaging, feature teardowns, and internal tutorials.
  • Produce at least two SEO-optimized long-form articles per week, based on SEO agency briefs.
  • Design and oversee formats like podcast scripts, presentation decks, short-form video, and carousel content.
  • Lead multichannel distribution, including LinkedIn, YouTube, company newsletter, and targeted influencer outreach.
  • Convert flagship pieces into modular LinkedIn posts, webinar slides, and social clips.
  • Test and optimize new channels and formats, such as turning blog posts into short Instagram stories with engagement tracking.
  • Track performance metrics, including MQLs per article, lead form drop-offs, webinar attendance, and activation signals, and run content-driven A/B tests.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with micro-influencers, guest experts, and industry bloggers to raise credibility and content reach.
  • Facilitate short expert interviews, panel webinars, or collaborative blog series as part of an industry 'Network of Experts'.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing or content management in B2B SaaS or tech, with a proven content case study portfolio.
  • Demonstrated SEO experience, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Proficiency in multiple content formats, such as video, long-form articles, talks, webinars, and decks.
  • Ability to write compelling copy in English and German.
  • A product mindset, with the ability to explain complex feature sets and write content to drive product-led growth metrics.
  • Experience contributing to product-led growth flywheels, helping turn passive readers into active users.
  • Familiarity with engagement and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM (preferably HubSpot), and Optimizely.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with every fact in your content verifiable.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate content deadlines, campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Creative and experimental, with a willingness to ideate new content formats or channel tests.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to sync with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design teams.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience working in or writing about AI tools or machine learning in a B2B context.
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Certification in content marketing, SEO, or a related field.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with a renowned company in the tech industry.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options.
  • Access to the latest tools and technologies.
  • Health and wellness programs.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday allowance.

How to Stand Out

  • Make sure to tailor your resume and cover letter to the specific requirements of the role, highlighting your experience in content marketing and SEO.
  • Be prepared to provide examples of your work, including case studies and content samples, to demonstrate your skills and expertise.
  • Familiarize yourself with the company's products and services, and be prepared to discuss how you can contribute to their content strategy.
  • Practice your storytelling skills, as the ability to craft compelling narratives is essential for this role.
