About the Role

The Product Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the deployment of digital products, such as Zoom and Polycom Phone, to financial institution retail branches worldwide. This role is an integral part of New Era Technology's mission to securely connect people, places, and information with end-to-end technology solutions. As a coordinator, you will work closely with the Product Delivery Manager to ensure seamless project execution, focusing on administrative tasks, data management, and quality assurance.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role involve tracking project deliverables, updating the status of these deliverables in a centralized repository, and performing data integrity checks to ensure the accuracy of the information. You will also be manipulating spreadsheets, uploading data, and providing metrics and reporting to stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

What You Will Do

  • Track project deliverables related to the implementation of digital products at each branch
  • Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository
  • Manipulate spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Perform quality-assurance checks against data sets to identify and rectify discrepancies
  • Provide metrics and reporting to stakeholders on project progress
  • Upload spreadsheets to centralized systems
  • Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to ensure project goals are met
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinating or administrative role, preferably in a digital or tech environment
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools, including spreadsheet software and data management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and integrity
  • Experience with project management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations
