Product Design System Expert Evaluator (US-Remote)

What You Will Do

• Evaluate product design outputs from next-gen creative AI tools and provide precise, actionable feedback on design system adherence
• Utilize your expertise in design systems, specifically Google's Material Design, to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure design system quality and consistency
• Develop and maintain documentation of design system adherence and implementation
• Provide user experience feedback to improve the overall quality of design outputs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve design system quality
• Work closely with the project team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the design system and its application in product design

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems and user experience
• Experience working with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe, and knowledge of Google's Material Design
• Proven track record of providing high-quality, actionable feedback on design system adherence
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design methodologies
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week
• Strong portfolio showcasing design system expertise and experience working with design teams
