Job Description
## About the Role Algrano is seeking a Product Designer to join its team in shaping the experience across key parts of its marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing digital products, with a focus on UI and UX.
## Responsibilities - Design and improve user-facing experiences across the Algrano marketplace - Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear, usable flows and interfaces - Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for new features and improvements - Implement designs in code within the Ruby on Rails application using HTML & SCSS - Help evolve the design system and interaction patterns
## Requirements - 4+ years of experience designing digital products (UI and UX), ideally in a product-led environment
## Nice to Have - Experience with Ruby on Rails applications and design systems
