About the Role
The Product Designer role at Cint is a critical part of the company's mission to deliver exceptional user experiences across its suite of products. As a senior member of the Product Design team, you will be responsible for championing user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of customers, the business, and the market. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, writers, and engineers, to develop and implement design strategies that drive innovation and growth.The team at Cint values collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and as such, you will be working in an environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and continuous learning. What You Will Do
- Conduct user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs and drive innovation
- Ideate on strategic design solutions with other members of the Product Design team, stakeholders, and partners
- Create high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity visual comps, and design prototypes
- Translate complex systems into tangible, simple, UI concepts and demonstrate these concepts through strong storytelling and rapid prototyping
- Conduct user tests with customers to validate design solutions
- Document your design thinking, findings, and proposals and communicate these effectively to product teams and leadership
- Apply and contribute to our shared design system, ensuring visual consistency and design efficiency across all products
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, researchers, writers, business and brand strategists, product and engineering leads, and software developers
- Partner with engineering teams to bring user-centered design solutions to market
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a product design or UX design role, preferably on a product team working on complex, technical SaaS products with a B2B focus
- Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools, specifically Figma (experience with variables and auto-layout is a plus)
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Previous experience working with developers, product managers, and designers in a collaborative environment
- Strong understanding of user experience design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design
- Ability to think and work strategically and conceptually
- Demonstrated visual design skills with an ability to solve complex user problems with a beautifully intuitive interface
Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of Excel and data visualization techniques
- Certification in UX design or a related field
