About the Role
Join the VRChat team in redefining how users create and share immersive experiences. As a Product Designer for the Creators team, you'll be instrumental in shaping workflows and systems that empower creators at all skill levels.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design leads and cross-functional teams to enhance prop creation and management.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for varying levels of technical expertise.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand UX designs.
- Gather insights from community feedback to improve usability and reduce friction in tools.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished design mockups for various platforms.
- Conduct usability testing to validate designs and make iterative improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional product design experience, ideally in tools or workflow-focused products.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design systems.
- Familiarity with Unity, SDKs, Blender, or similar development tools.
