  • Partner with Product and Growth stakeholders to define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of shipped work.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to frame problems, explore solutions, and align design decisions with growth and business goals.
  • Work closely with Engineers throughout the design and development process to provide clear intent, flows, and interaction details.
  • Partner with a Senior Product Designer to align on approach, receive feedback, and elevate craft while maintaining ownership of your work.
  • Contribute to cross-functional discussions, tradeoffs, and prioritization, ensuring design solutions are feasible and meet business objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of professional users, their motivations, and their workflows within a B2B or B2B2C context.
  • Use research inputs, customer feedback, and product data to inform design decisions and advocate for professional users.
